Due to a limited number of rooms in the hotels that are being offered for the Congress, we encourage you to make your booking as soon as possible.
On arrival day, check-in is at 3.00 pm. On departure day, check out is at 11.00 am at the latest. If the room is checked out after 11.00 am, additional day’s use will be charged from the hotel.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
All changes or cancellations of registration fees and hotel accommodation must be sent in writing to sven.vlasic@penta-zagreb.hr
Any change (name, hotel or room type, arrival/departure date) or cancellation is possible under following conditions:
- until 25 September, 2025: no charges
- from 26 September until 01 November, 2025: EUR 30.00 per any service and change / cancellation (Room cancellation: 30 EUR fee per person, Registration cancellation: 30 EUR fee, per person)
- from 02 November, 2025: In the case of registration or hotel accommodation cancellation, no refund will be available.
