On arrival day, check-in is at 3.00 pm. On departure day, check out is at 11.00 am at the latest. If the room is checked out after 11.00 am, additional day’s use will be charged from the hotel.

All changes or cancellations of registra­tion fees and hotel accommodation must be sent in writing to Croatian Society of Gastroenterology.

Any change (name, hotel or room type, arrival/departure date) or cancellation is possible under following conditions:

  • until 30 September, 2018: no charges
  • from 1 October until 15 November, 2018: EUR 30.00 per any service and change / cancellation (Room cancellation: 30 EUR fee per person, Registration cancellation: 30 EUR fee, per person)
  • from 16 November, 2018: EUR 55.00 per change of arrival/ departure date or room type. In the case of registration or hotel accommodation cancellation, no refund will be available. Name change for registration or hotel accom­modation is not possible after 30 November, 2018. Any new name or hotel reservation is treated as new application and is subject to prices and terms valid on the date of change. The same conditions apply for changes on the spot. All refunds will be made after the Conference.
